For a long time I’ve been skeptical of personal brands online. To me, it seemed like time spent away from the actual work that needed to be done. If a CEO was busy blogging, they weren’t operating. It’s not that I didn’t see the value for things like hiring but I questioned if it really would make the difference in a person’s career.
