I've found the 5 year visualization exercise works best for me because it gets me in the act of thinking more about my everyday dynamics and habits that are subtle but powerful in getting you certain places.

Obviously no goal or desire changes overnight so I'd love to hear about how the dynamic has been regarding following up the top 7 goals and the check in of whether or not you feel like progress is being made?

I find it tough to stay focused on those 7 goals and that in the day to day, they quickly get flushed to the side of my thinking.

I do find that thinking far out in the future helps give you clarity about what you want today.
