A Public token has a good ring to it. Epic idea. How would you do distribution? Asset amount would determine token distribution amount?
I assume it would be a security if the token represents the value of the investments, but a DAO model could avoid that. DAO governs a treasury through voting. I am not an expert here - you should call Eli
